PacSana Bracelet is a light weight, unobtrusive wrist band that is waterproof and can be worn at all times.

It is connected to 2 data gateways in the home which monitor the client’s activity levels throughout the day & night, allowing health monitoring by family or care teams and the ability to intervene if abnormal patterns are identified. There is also a built in alarm that can facilitate an emergency response in the case of falls etc.

Users receive weekly refills of their blister pack medication from their pharmacy and Connected Health monitor medication adherence in our data centre to ensure greater medication adherence and reduce medication incidences.
